NAC is committed to providing Alaskans with air cargo service while health and safety remains a top priority. Currently, there are no flying restrictions in place for air cargo due to COVID-19. NAC’s air crew and flight support staff are following all the recommended CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitization, hand washing and social distancing. We are also working with community leaders across the state to put measures in place to avoid the spread of the virus to individuals that our crews interact with at our stations.
REQUIRED VISITOR LOG
Under Anchorage Executive Order 14v3, all customers that spend 15+ minutes at Northern Air Cargo are required to sign in to our visitor log with name, email and phone number. This information is used for only COVID-19 contract training. Thank you for cooperating!
EXPECTED DELIVERY CHANGES FOR SERVICES
NAC may require additional time to deliver packages and freight as we are experiencing higher than normal volumes. This volume increase is due to factors including COVID-19 preparation and impact, and increased seasonal freight. As a result, some freight or packages may take longer than our regular service levels.
NAC’s goal is to continue to move freight as quickly and expeditiously as possible to the markets we serve. As more information is made available, we will be sure to share it with our customers as soon as we can. If you have questions, please call our Customer Service team at (907) 243-3331.
